My Stay at the Confidante Hotel in Miami Beach, FL

So, a couple of weekends ago hubby and I went to stay at the Confidante Hotel in sunny Miami Beach, FL! We always try to take a mini staycation every now and then to refresh and to recharge our batteries. We have stayed at this hotel with some of our best friends before about a year and a half ago and loved the property, but in my opinion, what makes your stay here a little bit better is to get an upgraded room to either a deluxe ocean view or suite (make sure they all have a balcony, you will have a way better experience). Since we only stayed for one night, we splurged a little more on a room and got the King Bed Ocean front (Lounge Deck) Room. If you are celebrating something special this room is the one to get if it’s available!

We got there in the morning, so our room wasn’t ready yet. There check-in isn’t till 3-4pm, but thankfully they had our room ready at 1pm! While we waited Ev and I walked around the hotel, checked out the pool deck (omg is it GORGEOUS!) and got a small snack and refresher at the restaurant by the pool. By the time we did all of this our room was ready!

We put on our swimsuits and made our way down to the beach to catch some rays of sunshine and vitamin sea, but wow was it HOT! We didn’t last there long so we ventured back to the pool area where there is lots of shade and was a bit cooler, which is everything in this Florida heat. The pool area is way better in my opinion, are you a beach or pool person?!

The pool area offers a full food and beverage service right to your chair! They also have the cutest cabanas that you can rent with the same amenity of service!

Looking at the reviews of the hotel I have seen some mixed comments, but we had a great level of service. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel is the absolute cutest, quant, family friendly and just a ton of fun! Check it out the next time you’re in Miami for a fun time in the sun!
